Cohort two starts Monday 2 November
The first cohort sold out early. Enrolment for cohort two opens on Monday 28 September. Join the waiting list and you will be the first to hear.
JOIN THE WAITING LISTAI for Dentists: The Online Course
Six weeks of recorded modules, watched in your own time. Build an AI assistant that actually runs part of your practice, taught by a dentist, in plain English, with the rules respected.
In July I hired an AI member of staff, live, in front of 171 dentists. I handed it a made-up practice's paperwork and left it working while I taught. By the end of the hour it had read the Google reviews and drafted a reply to the two-star one, caught an auto-renewal clause buried in the small print of a supplier quote, turned the practice manager's messy notes into a patient newsletter, and written a re-engagement letter for the patients who had a consultation and never booked.
Over six weeks I will show you how to build the same thing for your own practice, one week at a time, with your patients' data protected and your licence protected at every step.
Cohort two starts Monday 2 November and finishes before Christmas. Enrolment opens Monday 28 September.
JOIN THE WAITING LISTThere is nothing to turn up to. Every module is recorded and released weekly, and you watch it whenever suits, at seven in the morning or ten at night. The only live dates are two group calls with me, and those are recorded too, so you can send your questions in beforehand and watch the replay.
£1,250. Six weeks, every module and template, two live calls, and yours to keep.
Or spread it. Choose PayPal at the checkout and you can pay in 3, at £416.67 a month, interest free.

The full webinar this course came out of, no sign-up, nothing to fill in. If you like how I teach it there, the course is six weeks of it.

The honest bit
I was not planning to sell a course. I said on the webinar that if enough hands went up, I would build it properly. The hands went up.
The first cohort sold out early, and the dentists in it shaped every module as it was built. Their questions decided what each week leads with and what needed explaining twice. Cohort two gets the version they helped build. That is the same test-the-demand-first method I teach inside the course, and you are looking at it having worked.
Who this is for
You do not need any AI experience. Week one assumes you have never opened Claude in your life.
It is built for dental professionals and every example in it comes out of a practice. Dentists, hygienists, therapists. Principals who own the place, and associates who do not.
It is just as much for your team. A lot of what gets built in this course is run day to day by a practice manager or a treatment coordinator rather than by the dentist. Some practices are sending that person instead of the dentist, some as well as. Both work, and you do not have to be the one in the room for your practice to end up with the system.
If you would like your team on it too, you can add one team member for £650, or up to four for £1,250.
And underneath the dentistry, what you are really learning is how to use agentic AI yourself. Not a folder of templates to copy, but the ability to point it at whichever part of your working day you choose. That is why it keeps earning its place long after the six weeks are over, and why it works for anyone who has clients, not just anyone who has patients.
This is for you if:
- There is an admin job you would pay to never do again. Notes, treatment plan letters, the newsletter, chasing the diary.
- You have tried ChatGPT, been impressed for a week, and then gone back to doing everything yourself.
- You keep hearing about practices using AI and quietly wonder whether they know something you do not, or whether they are taking risks you would never take.
- You are the bottleneck in your own working day, and you know it.
Who it is not really for. If you are already building your own automations and comfortable with the tools, this will move too slowly for you. And if you are hoping to put patient records into an AI account, that is not what I teach, in any week.
What we build, week by week
These six modules were built alongside the founding cohort. They sent in questions as they worked through each week, and those questions decided what each module leads with. You are getting the version they helped shape.
Week 1: Your first hire. From zero to a working AI assistant.
Which account to get, how to set it up safely, and how to teach it your practice so it stops being a clever toy and starts being useful. If you have a year of ChatGPT history, I will show you exactly what to bring across and what to leave behind. You finish week one with an assistant that knows your business.
Week 2: The paperwork nobody wants to write.
Practice policies, protocols, induction documents, the standard paperwork every practice has to keep current and nobody enjoys writing. This is work AI is genuinely brilliant at, with no patient data involved anywhere, and it turns a weekend of writing into an afternoon. We will also talk honestly about the data rules: what is settled, what is still genuinely unclear across the profession right now, and the questions to take to your indemnity provider before AI goes anywhere near patient information. I would rather be straight with you than pretend anyone has all the answers yet.
Week 3: Treatment plans and referral letters.
The jobs you told me you would pay to never do again, and the week we take them off your plate. Treatment plan letters, referral letters, patient explanations in plain English, all built as de-identified workflows with the patient details added by you, at the end, every time. Templates included. Our first live call comes the following week, on Wednesday 25 November, once you have had a real week of patients to try it on, so we can make it work in your practice while you are still building it.
Week 4: Marketing in your own voice.
Instagram captions that sound like you and not like AI. The newsletter written from your practice manager's scribbled notes. The job ad method that transformed the applicants we got at my own clinic, start to finish. Your voice, kept.
Week 5: AI as staff. The agentic practice.
The week everything changes. The hire method from the webinar, done properly for your practice. A Monday morning dashboard that briefs you on your numbers before you have had coffee. Scheduled routines that run while you sleep. This is how AI stops being something you use and becomes someone who works for you.
Week 6: Your AI operating system.
We put it together. The three workflows your practice should run first, how to hand them to your team so this survives without you driving it, and your 90-day plan. We finish with our second live call on Monday 14 December, where I answer whatever is still on your list. You leave with at least one job fully automated and a system for adding the next one. Automate one thing and you are ahead of nearly every practice in the country. You will leave with more than one.
“Highly recommend this. Manrina will demonstrate how she has saved on a business manager salary. Really impressive how she’s implemented AI. I’m attending!”

That is the six weeks. Cohort two starts Monday 2 November.
£1,250, or three payments of £416.67 through PayPal. All recorded, nothing to attend, yours to keep. Enrolment opens Monday 28 September, and the waiting list hears first.
JOIN THE WAITING LISTHow it works
A new module is released every Monday for six weeks. The modules are recordings, so you watch them when it suits you. The only two things to put in your diary are the live calls with me.
Monday 2 November · Monday 9 November · Monday 16 November · Monday 23 November · Monday 30 November · Monday 7 December
- Each one is recorded and waiting for you. Watch it whenever suits, at seven in the morning or ten at night, on the Monday or the following Saturday. Nothing requires you to be at a desk at a set hour.
- Everything stays there, so you can go back to any of it whenever you like, for as long as the course is hosted.
- The two live group calls with me are Wednesday 25 November and Monday 14 December, both at 7pm. The first comes after the treatment plans and referral letters module, once you have had a real week of patients to try it on. The second is at the end, where whatever is still on your list gets answered. Both are recorded and you can send questions in beforehand, so if you are working, away or in another time zone, you miss nothing.
- A questions channel all the way through, open until Friday 18 December. Send me your questions as you work and I will answer them, with the ones that come up most taken on the live calls. Everything in it stays readable afterwards.
- Templates, prompts and checklists for every module, written for dentists.
- Six weeks that end with your practice set up before Christmas, ready for January.
Why learn this from me
I am not a tech person. I am a dentist. I have placed over 14,000 veneers, I was named Dentist of the Year in 2022, and I have run my own clinic, an academy and a product line for over two decades of practice.
For most of that time, I was the bottleneck. Everything needed my face, my time or my sign-off. AI is the first thing that has genuinely given me my time back, and I learned it the hard way so you do not have to. Everything I teach in this course is something I actually run in my own business today.
Built with the dentists who went first
The founding cohort sold out early, and their questions went straight into the modules as they were being built. Cohort two gets the course they shaped, tested by working dentists in their own practices before you start.

Why Angela Auluck enrolled
Dr Angela Auluck. Specialist Orthodontist and Partner at Dental Rooms, Wimbledon. Eastman trained, and an examiner in orthodontics for the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Angela wanted one place her team could ask how we do things here. That became week two, built from your own policies and protocols. That is what the founding cohort was for: the modules were written around what the people who joined first asked for.
Cohort two is confirmed
The course is built and cohort two is running. Module one lands on Monday 2 November, and the live calls are Wednesday 25 November and Monday 14 December.
When the founding cohort opened, I promised £1,000 would be the lowest price this course would ever be. That promise stands, which is why cohort two is £1,250.
£1,250.
Six weeks, every module and template, two live calls, and yours to keep.
Prefer to spread it? Choose PayPal at the checkout and you can pay in 3, at £416.67 a month, interest free.
For context: this is less than most practices spend on a couple of days of locum cover, for a system that works for you every day after.
JOIN THE WAITING LISTBringing your team? Add one team member for £650, or up to four for £1,250, for anyone who works at your practice: your practice manager, treatment coordinator, nurses or an associate. Once you have joined, you send us their names and we set them up. Most of what you build in this course is run by the team, not by you, so it lands faster when they are in the room too.
Cohort two starts Monday 2 November. Enrolment opens Monday 28 September.
